At Persona we support older people, people living with dementia and people with a learning / physical disability across a range of services.
The support we provide varies because it's based on the needs of each person we support. It can involve day-to-day tasks such as shopping, getting out and about, help with medication and running errands. Most importantly we enable people to achieve positive outcomes for their goals, reduce loneliness and promote people’s wellbeing.
