Sound Baths at Sunnybank

Relax with sound at our free sound bath on alternate Mondays.

You don't need to book.

You don't need to bring anything with you, just wear comfortable clothes.

This event is for everyone at Persona and Bury Shared Lives.

 

Persona colleagues: please note, these sessions are free but unless you are supporting someone to a sound bath, you must attend in your own time.


Sound baths can help you

  • relax
  • sleep better
  • have more energy
  • feel well and happy

 

They can also help with

  • tense muscles and headaches
  • chronic pain like arthritis
  • feeling anxious, stressed or depressed

Please talk to your doctor before you come if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, or if you have:

  • epilepsy
  • seizures
  • a serious heart condition
  • a serious mental health condition

 

If you

  • are Deaf
  • don't have good hearing
  • are sensitive to sounds
  • have tinnitus
  • have a broken bone
  • have a pacemaker

 

you can come to a sound bath but you might be more sensitive to it. If you want to ask us a question you can ring us or use the form below.
