What are Spring Drop Ins with Oli?

It's your chance to shape the future of our Learning Disability Day Service during a relaxed chat and co-production opportunity*. Whether you're family or a carer, we want to hear from you!

These chats are for families and carers of people we support in our Learning Disability Day Service.

*Read more about co-production at Persona here.

Who is Oli?

Oli is employed by IMPACT, the UK centre for Improving Adult Care Together, and is spending a year supporting us to make our learning disability day services even better. He loves talking with people with learning disabilities and their families and started working in the sector coaching disability tennis. Feel free to ask him any sporting tips or even challenge him to a match!

Tell us:

  • what we're doing well
  • what could be better
  • your experiences with our service
  • how we can support you as a family member or carer
  • new activities you'd like to see
  • your opinion on our transport services

Why should I take part?

  • be involved with shaping the future of our service
  • make our service more enjoyable for your loved one
  • ensure we're providing the right support for your loved one
  • connect with other parents & carers

As a thank you for your feedback, we'll provide food and drinks and you'll get a £15 voucher after your chat with Oli.

What will happen next?

We'll review everyone's feedback we receive and share a summary of it at the end of our campaign. Then we'll see how we can implement this into our service.

Have some more questions? Fill out the form below and Oli will get back to you.
