  • I have said it before and I will say it again and again – you and your staff are the most amazing people. The care they show my mum is second to none and the support they give to me and my sisters makes us feel so secure. Leanne I will never forget as long as I live what you did for my mum on Friday. Thank you so much. She is responding well to her new care routine and she actually said yesterday ‘I’ll do anything for my carers’. Thank you so much again. See you soon. Angela

 

  • A few evenings ago I was feeling very unwell and had called for a 999 ambulance. I also pressed my alert call button and a young lady from Persona called Becky came very quickly to my aid. She was kind and very caring. She asked what I need, which was someone to stay with me until either the ambulance or my brother arrived. Whilst we talked, she even took time to wash my dishes and said that it would be nice to come home to an empty sink. It was not long before my brother arrived, which meant Becky could go back to her usual duties. I would like to say a big thank you for the kindness she showed me - Clara ​
