Brief Career Summary:

I have spent all my career working as an accountant, having realised at a tender age that finance was my calling. I started my career and training in the private sector where I worked for a number of large organisations, mainly in the manufacturing sector.

In 2003 my role moved to Central Europe but I chose not to move with it and instead moved to work in local government in a finance role supporting the delivery of direct services. As this role developed I also took on operational responsibility for a number of services, including older people’s social care.

I was lucky enough to be able to join Persona in 2015 at the time that the company started trading.

Specialisms/Areas of Expertise:

As a chartered management accountant and Persona’s Finance Director, I would hope that I have at least a modicum of financial expertise.
