Recognising others for a job well done, in line with our values, has been part of our organisational culture for many years. It is important to ensure that we have ways in which we can say ‘thank you’ or ‘well done’ to staff across the organisation for the positive impact our staff are making both to the lives of the people we support, supporting each other and supporting the direction of the organisation.
Where you recognise someone in the organisation for something that they have done and for living the Persona values, submit a High 5 to recognise them by using this form.
From 1 July 2023, people outside of Persona (such as other professionals, people we support and their families, etc.) can also recognise staff by sending them a High 5 using this form.
Each month, the High 5s received will be shared with managers, who will then share these with team members who were recognised in the month prior.
Also, each month a panel will meet to review all of the recognitions received and pick 4 staff members to receive a reward for:
This is for High 5s that demonstrate where staff have gone the ‘extra mile’ or those ‘moments of kindness’ that go above and beyond.
The panel will be made up of a member of Persona’s Leadership Team, one of our staff ambassadors and a representative from Your Voice.
Staff who are recognised for a ‘Living the Values – Above and Beyond’ can choose from range of gifts to the value of £50, including:
At the end of the year, one staff member will be chosen at random (name drawn out of a hat) from our list of monthly winners and they will receive a short break in our new holiday home.
Our Living the Values – Above and Beyond winners will be celebrated across our website, in our newsletter and on social media channels.
